ESCROW

Escrow is designed as a tool that will address the lack of trust between homeowner and contractor in a financial transaction during the construction. Instead of advanced payment to the contractor, homeowner will put money in the escrow account and release payments as work is completed. Homeowner will pay materials directly to the suppliers based on purchase orders submitted by the contractor. Money will stay in the account until the homeowner releases it to the contractor or until the contractor releases it back to the homeowner. Both parties will agree at the beginning that disputes will be settled through mediation and arbitration. PHOTODEPOT

PhotoDepot keeps all your photos. When you take a photo on your phone it uploads it automatically to the platform. Since your phone knows where you are, it also knows which construction site you are at, and it assigns the photo to the project. You just need to aim and shoot. You might not look at the photo again, but somebody from your team who was not present at the site today might, and it will come in very handy in 2 months when everybody has a slightly different recollection of what has really happened. And since we all have phones with us at all times, there will be tons of photos to look at.

In that case you can pick your own mediator, or pick from our list. After mediation you still have arbitration as a final resort, but at least, end is within the reach.
